I already know about all the basic search engines, and searching services. But how do the search services get their information? and how can I get, what they have? how can I legally get all of the information that is available on line? what websites do I go to? I know about Intelius, and People Search, and People Finder, and a few others like that. Where are they going, to get their information? I have always heard of people that can get on line, and find out nearly anything on someone else. They say, they can access someone's latest address through phone records, through electrical service records. Is that true? Can that be done? How? Where? I am trying to get all of the available information that can be legally obtained about someone, on line. I don't want to have to pay a service, to get something that they can get for free.

I don't know if this is even a question that can be answered through yahoo answers but it is worth a shot. I have designed my website, I have a host and domain name but I don't understand how to publish it. It keeps taking me around in circles. Also I designed it on my laptop which doesn't have internet so I need to transfer it to one that does. I tried to save it to a CD but it wouldn't recognize it. Any help (but not sarcastic answers, please) would would be great! THANKS!

I asked the question about the CMOS popping up for no reason (and thanks everyone it was the keyboard!) but someone moved the numbers around and now the windows 95 computer won't work, it says computer unusable or unkown or something like that. Is there a way to get all the numbers back to normal or do I need to take my friend's windows 95 to a shop? (he won't give it up so no use getting him a new one)

hi I am making a project where i can accept online payment. I am facing a problem that, Whenever total amount is like $7.77 the program works fine for me.
But when total amount is something like $34.00 or $354.70. It removes the zero's from end after calculating amount. and it will be $34. & $354.7 which is not accepted. So plz tell me how can i pad zero's to the right when it is required.

Plz give me some examle if you can in ASP.
