I have a wireless notebook and have not needed to set anything up. When I first brought it home and turned it on I was automatically connected to the internet. Whats up with that?

Transfer of pictures from my folder to myspace?

I have 7 new pics in my picture folder that were uploaded there from a digital camera. I put one on this site with no problem, but I can't figure out how to put them on my space page. Does anyone know how to do this?

Looking for software for finding bad sector in hard disk.?

Hi
Can anybody recommend good software for checking hard disk for bad sector?
My hard disk is Maxtor, does Maxtor company has any tool for bad sector?

Why go with SCSI over SATA?

Whats is the main difference between SCSI and SATA? Is the main difference reliability? In an enterprise environment, I know Seagate and WD have "Enterprise" type drives that are SATA... Thanks!

Ok you all may think that this is a dumb question but I would like a answer to it regardless. Here in the USA are keyboards for the computer are in English so in other countries that speak foreign languages are their keyboards in their language? Like in China does it have their alphabet and their numbers?

amd=intel clock speed comparison?

as we know amd clock speeds are lower than intels as they use a different way of determining their speeds
i have a p.c with a athlon 1.15 ghz as a 2nd p.c,,what would that be compared to a intel processor
in other words what clock speed in a intel chip would be equal to a athlon 1.15ghz
