Ok you all may think that this is a dumb question but I would like a answer to it regardless. Here in the USA are keyboards for the computer are in English so in other countries that speak foreign languages are their keyboards in their language? Like in China does it have their alphabet and their numbers?

I believe you press down ctrl when typing for produce the different characters. But it doesn't matter much what is printed on the keyboard, it's what you have the computer running that matters.

Sometimes.

I've seen Arab and Russian keyboards.

I've seen English keyboards used to enter Chinese characters.

Yes they are different! I have one. It has english letters and small foreign letters above it so when you push a button you can type in the other one.
Also, when I traveled in France, I went to an internet cafe...The letters were in different places and they had accents on them and such. Very confusing!
