It depends who your e-mail provider is. Usually incoming mail is POP mail and outgoing mail is SMTP mail.

If for example, Yahoo.com is your e-mail provider then your incoming mail server could be pop.mail.yahoo.com and your outgoing mail server smtp.mail.yahoo.com.

It's not always as simple as that. Yahoo for example, also have business mail servers which would be pop.bizmail.yahoo.com and smtp.bizmail.yahoo.com.

You should be able to find a help page that tells you what the mail servers are, if you can't then try pop.mail.??? and smtp.mail.??? (??? being your e-mail provider - yahoo.com, hotmail.com gmail.com etc)

You must find those servers from your email or internet service provider.

People here can't know what they are unless you specify your email service.
