HOW can i manage to not handle this god olny knows!!! HELP i still cannot put my avitar up on the board along with my answer to you guys question...either i am computor stupid or just totally frusterated.. please NO WISE CRACKS i mean it.... how in the ____ can i achieve this simple task..o.k. i have a dell windows xp i used to be with sbc global now iam with aol so could that be the
problem?? then i also see that I DO NOT HAVE A PROPER SET UP WITH MY TOOLS... SOOOOwhere do i add tools?? i should also explain that i had a """BIG MAC"""" now its windows really not used to the switch yet ....but iam working on it

I've switched to bt internet service and have the bt/yahoo toolbar. The norton spyware button doesn't work as I am signed in with my yahoo id I've had for a couple of years and not the bt/yahoo id. Can I uninstall the bt/yahoo toolbar and install the yahoo toolbar.

Basically, I need a program that can spider websites for images and download them. I want to get all of the Red Steel images from IGN. I've went through so many image grabbers trying to find something that works right. I need to be able to enter specifics like only download images with *red-steel-*.jpg as it's name (* being wildcard).

I am running out of disk space to put music on my hard drive. I want to find more space. I see that I have many duplicate DLL files. I remember, a few years ago, that it was generally believed that you could move the latest dll file to the /system directory and delete all others. I had mixed results back then, ie some programs didn't run correctly. Any body got the straight story on this? Recommend software to find and delete?

I removed my harddrive from a stock Compaq S6010V and I also removed the CD RW drives and the floppy drive from the S6010V.. Now I bought a new Doom case with a 400Watt power supple, a biostar SATA motherboard, and an AMD athlon 2.20ghz 3700+ cpu and new 512mb PC3200 DDR Ram. So now i'm gonna put the removed harddrive with my files on it into the new case and connect it to the new stuff.. problem is the harddrive has a copy of Windows XP Home installed on it from Compaq.. Furthermore, the harddrive used to run on an Intel Celeron 2.5 ghz processor. big question is what is windows xp gonna do when it recognizes the hardware change? is it gonna flip out on me? n then what do i do if it flips out n gives me the blue screen of death r somethin like that. for this situation i have a drivers installation cd that came with the new mobo and i can borrow a windows xp cd from a friend.. besides that umm its up to u guys and girls to gimme suggestions. i don't even know if windows will flip on me
