MS crapware has struck again. I had to reload my entire system and re-download Adobe twice to get back to PDF reads.
MS has taken some Adobe software under license (that's all MS is--a patchwork of other companies' software and why it has so many security holes) and modified without permission. Adobe is just taking revenge by screwing up MS windows while also suing MS over the changes. Norton is doing the same. MS's defrag program is under license from Norton from FIVE YEARS AGO and MS again tinkered with the software without permission.
That's why Gates retired. He is protecting his personal share of MS' ill-gotten gains from product liability suits because a number of governments and major coroprations are totally hacked off that MS is so really crapware and doesn't work right anymore--AND THEY ALSO are filing big time lawsuits.

A pdf file requires Acrobat Reader to read it. If you don't have it, you may download it at http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html
I believe Windows is using the best software program you have available to read the pdf file.
