I use Outlook 2003, but mainly for syncing info on my PDA. With Outlook 2007 you will be able to share a calendar with your co-workers at other workstations or their personal laptops or home PC's, and be able to leave notes or messages for one another.

You can check out all of the Office 2007 beta products, and even download them to take part in the beta program at the Microsoft website. They're going to be pretty cool.
