hey u can't have password for logging on to the net.. but u can surely maintain password for p.c so that ur son cannot access the syetem itself... .... further settings can be made to prevent porn sites to be opened but not for accessing internet explorer...

Do the following
Open your Internet Explorer
Click ---- Tools -----> Internet options
Click the "Security" tab
click the "Cutom level" button
Scroll to the end of that window u can see an option called
"User Authentication"
on that u can see an option called
"Prompt for username and password" click on it
Click OK button then Apply button then OK button
now u r ready to play with ur Boy

When i go to internet, a window appears and if i want connect, i have to enter username and password. Both username and password can be saved - but in your case it's better not to save name and pass.
Check your connection and settings in Control Panel.

You can set up another account for your son with limited access to programs.
But don't forget to set your account with a password, when you're home, he can access the internet with your account.
