The way the scoring system works, you get significantly more points for a "Best Answer" than you do for a answering any random question, and you're limited in the number of questions you can answer in a day.

This means that you get the best score when you answer for people known to award "Best Answer" (like me), but also that you're wasting your 20 questions if you answer a "fun" question that probably won't get a "best answer" rating, like "Why ask why?"

This means that over time, the system gets driven to more informative answers from the seasoned users, but fewer answers for questions that are just plain fun if people are afraid they won't get as much credit for them.

I am awarding best answer points to whomever gives a good workaround for this problem or another way to look at it that might make it seem more positive.

I keep reinstalling ADSL WebPower Modem Program for my internet connection and after about 10 or 15 minutes it up and disappears from My Network Connections folder and I have to start all over again. It seems like something is deleting it. I have Symantec AntiVirus and Windows Defender on my computer, but that is about all that I can think of.

okay. i just got thru scanning. and there are 381 critical objects. [first question: is critical objects a bad or good thing?] and then i clicked the critical objects tab. there is stuff there in dark red and regular red font. [second question: is the things in the light red font the stuff i want to get rid of or keep? ---- third question: when a file has an exclamation point by it, should i get rid of those files too or keep them??]
