Critical Objects are BAD! 381 of them is REALLY BAD!!
If they are critical, get rid of them. The exclaimation points are "negligible objects" which means they are only slightly bad, but the darker red means those are even worse!
Anything bold or blinking needs to go ASAP!
It's pretty safe to just delete it all. They're not actually programs, just processes, cookies and file lists.
I've been using Ad Aware for years - never had a problem.

Unless you know what these files are, you should just select them all and let Ad-Aware delete them. Right click over the display and then click on Select all objects.
Ad-Aware is finding files that are potentially looking at your computer. It works from lists of known spyware. Fairly dependable. If you're not a really sophisticated user (I mean really), delete as it recommends. It's just giving you the opportunity to say no rather than delete them automatically.

If you got that many you need more protection. After you clean up your mess download spywareblaster it acts like a decoy and sites think you have the spyware on your computer. Don't be shocked if your next scan shows zero for spyware if you use this program.

Note: delete all that junk you have.
Be sure to update your adware SE and spywareblaster weekly

Running this program works best if run in safe mode. Goto start->run then type in msconfig. Under the boot.ini tab check Safe Boot. Then restart your computer. Once in Safe Mode, run Ad-Aware SE, and Spybot Search & Destroy and Anti-virus software if you have them. :-)
