That is, how can we get evidence that " the website owner has changed the contents of their website and now they deny what they offered earlier" ? Is their any way to register the contents of the websites with some authorities before they make changes to the contents? Or some other method?

My monitor flickers and shows vertical bands of colour. The coloured stripes are like a barcode and the width and order of the colours changes every time it flickers. It covers the whole screen and then goes back to normal. I have replaced monitor with identical new one so monitor itself is ok. I have put computer back to factory condition and everything else works ok. I have done full virus/spyware/adware checks and am not infected. Any ideas will be appreciated.

I have Windows XP. Yesterday computer froze so I logged off. When I switched back on I tried to access Wikipedia and just got a blank page. (this has also happened on a few other sites, but others seem to be running normally) On a friend's advice I installed Adaware, and ran the software - it hasn't made any difference. I have Zone Alarm basic firewall and AVG anti-virus. Apart from this there is no loss of speed on my computer, I just can't access my favourite sites ! Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

my hewlett packard laptop screen ran down black. altough I can see the computer starting normally, and the windows open normally too, my LCD screen is dark. What should I do? The repairs would cost a lot but no one can tell me why the screen slowly ran black. Found a post at a forum, this happens sometimes to the screens. Can someone help me or suggest me a solution?

I have Systems Mechanics 6 installed, and i run it quite often. Today when i tried to run it, I had a message come up that said, my virtual memory was to low to run it. i have a lan with win2003 as the domain controller....and 2 win xp proffesional as clients....i created users in the active directory....i can use only one xp machine to access the lan,ie the domain users can log into the domain from this machine without probs....its the second win xp client thats creating problems for me....only the domain admin can log into the domain from that machine ...other users cannot.....any help....
