I've found this CD on my desk that says 3D Graphics I don't want 2 re-install windows... again... I just want to get rid of this "turquoise", make the white in my images be white, please help.Please.

Definitely sounds like a hardware fault, could be the monitor cable as someone already said, or could be dry solder joints in either the monitor or computer VGA port. Make sure the monitor cable is firmly attached at both ends, then wiggle it - if the display flickers between white and turquoise then it's a hardware fault (dry solder joints), if you can try the monitor on another computer then do so, this should confirm whether it is the computer or the monitor that needs fixing. If it is a hardware fault then take the computer or monitor in for repair.

You might just have a problem with the video cable between PC and monitor. Your cable transmits the three colours (red green blue) on different wires in the same cable. If one isn't connecting properly you see a washed-out mix of the other two. Wiggle the cable. Try a different cable. Reinstall nothing unless that doesn't work.
