Go to http://avatars.yahoo.com and create an avatar. Then come back to this site and go to your MY Q&A and click on EDIT MY INFO.
To get to your MY Q&A page, you need to click on your name thats under your smiley default picture. Then click on MY Q&A right above your default picture in your profile. You can change your default picture to use your avatar instead.
Then Click preview, then submit your changes.
On your Q&A page, you might want to choose some best answers for your previous questions. The questions you asked before are located under your QUESTIONS list. That way you can get some more points.

do u want to download someone elses avatar? or o u want to make ur own? if u wanna make ur own visit avatars.yahoo.com and if u wanna save someones avatar then click on the profile of that person and right click the image and say save image as
