This is spy software that you may have installed accidentally or has installed itself because you visited a malicious site. You need to get an antispyware software such as Microsoft AntiSpyware to get rid of this and perhaps other spy software that you have installed on your computer.

Also note that such spyware programs do infringe on your privacy and security. They could be gatjering and disseminating information about you and your computer working environment

u install firewall and block poops and if u have xp with sp2 then u can set with block poops in internet explorer

Download the program called hijackthis It will show you all the things installed on your pc, which should not be there. (also things you installed like software etc)
