That is, how can we get evidence that " the website owner has changed the contents of their website and now they deny what they offered earlier" ? Is their any way to register the contents of the websites with some authorities before they make changes to the contents? Or some other method?

If its after the fact, you can see if Google still has the old page cached (link at the bottom of the page description on google). Otherwise, if you are anticipating a change like this, you can always mirror the content, or take screen shots. I am not sure however how much weight this would have in any legal environment. It should be enough to get them to investigate further though.

My guess on this would to take a screen shot... hitting the

Insert
Print
screen

Button at the top right of your keyboard will take a snapshot of what's on the screen of your desktop... going to Paint or photoshop or something along those lines and hitting Ctrl-V (Paste) that image will be pasted on there... you can then save that and/or print it out with the date and time shown on it as well.

This could be the only evidence you could get considering the fact that it's all computerized.
