I'm just wondering...because people just love to tailgate me. And i'm not going 40-45 mph. I'm going the speed limit....and sometimes....over...*i'm safe where i'm driving at*....anyways...

I have a W'04 bumpersticker...and i didn't know if that would enrage people to tailgate me...

We rented this car. It malfunctioned causing injury to my husband. Basicly it went from 2-3 mph to much faster without the accelerator being pressed in fact we were stopping. I found some instances of this happening to others on web. Would like to find more. Have you had this happen or can you suggest a web site to search in this?

Lets say that you are under 18 and you are driving and a cop pulls you over. He sees that in the seat next to you there are empty beer bottles on the ground. He gives you a breathalizer test and you score a negative because you weren't drinking. Can you still get arrested? I would like some facts or websites that prove this.
Thanks!

I think i breathed in a little bit of brake dust when changing my flat tire... If i could recall, there are still asbestos found in brake linings... Even if i did breathe in a little, will it effect me in anyway in the long run?

I was caught between the two cameras that I assume time you between to set points.

Unfortunalety I am a company car driver and my company has admitted that it was me who was driving. I have heard that trigger point for these camers is speed limit + 10% + 3mph.

Any advise would be gratfully recieved.

I am maintaining this car since 2004. After driving if I open the driver's door or the off side door I often experience electrical
shock. On 18 Apr 07 I experienced a very high voltage shock accompanied with sound which is obseved when a charge passes from one body to another. I am a heart patient & yesterday the shock was received on my left thumb & index finger as I was occupying front off seat. I remained uncomfortable for almost half an hour or so. The car has has undergone timely servicing. The same has not been reported by any other members of the family, even if they are accompanying me.

There is an office just down the road from my house.By the way,I live in a small village, the streets are quite narrow. The people working in the office have large 4X4 cars and they park half on the pavement and half on the road.My house is on the corner, and there have been many near misses with cars having to edge out to see if it's safe to pull out. It's impossible for ambulances etc to get through.I have reported this many times, yet they keep doing it.I have not seen a police officer or traffic warden even though I have kept reporting it.What can I do to get through to people before an accident happens?

I recently aquaplaned in a bend at low speed and spun out; never happened before, or when the car has "moved" i've controlled it. Had the dealer check the car out and they discovered a defected wheel bearing. I was interested whether this could have partly caused the spin; or if its possible to cause a spin.

Question, can anybody tell me what happens if i'm going top speed on 3rd gear and then release the gas without touching the clutch or the shifter. Will the car maintain the minimum speed for 3rd gear or will it continuously decrease speed like an automatic transmission.

I am 22 and don't know how to drive. I think its because I have not practiced enough to get comfortable. However, the summer I plan to start driving because it will make life easier for me. Anyone else have or had this problem. What advice do you have to offer?
