I think i breathed in a little bit of brake dust when changing my flat tire... If i could recall, there are still asbestos found in brake linings... Even if i did breathe in a little, will it effect me in anyway in the long run?

A single exposure probably won't harm you. The old brake mechanics from the 50s and 60s only have a moderately worse cancer rate than the general public and there is far less asbestos in modern brake linings than back then.

You'll be fine, today's brakes are not supposed to have asbestos in them anyways.

No. Prolonged exposure causes the trouble.
