i parked my car on a space near my driveway and i forgot to remove it. and the person whose house was blocked by my car was left a note saying that he/she had forwarded my tag to the HOA for guest violation. what will happen next? he/she said it's the 3rd notice notified to HOA, but actually i just had received 1 notice before today...

I don't know what HOA is, but I've never heard of a person getting a ticket, or a fine or whatever just from somebody reporting their license plate. Unless a sworn police officer was there to see it, you should be just fine.

Go measure her grass with a ruler and violate her for not mowing her lawn. The HoA might piss and moan but they'd have to go to court to do anything meaningful. Then move to an area without one of those neo-nazi operations.
