Stores do not enforce that. They can call the cops and they'll issue the citation.

It depends on the city/county/state ordinance. Some can reach over $500

Lol, the stores don't set the amount of the fine, it is the local jurisdiction that set the fines. A person from the store doesn't come out and right the ticket, it is a local patrol officer, right....

its the cities that enforce the disable parking fines
not the stores, fines in LA its 300 to park in a disable stall
if you are not displaying a placard or have disable platess
but in Santa Monica the same ticket is 375..

They don't. The fine is set by the local jurisdiction. State law often mandates a minimum fine but many local jurisdictions raise that up a bit. Or a lot. Hopefully a WHOLE lot.

they don't that i know of. the city police write the tickets and in Texas the fine is $50.00 - $200.00
