I was caught between the two cameras that I assume time you between to set points.
Unfortunalety I am a company car driver and my company has admitted that it was me who was driving. I have heard that trigger point for these camers is speed limit + 10% + 3mph.
Any advise would be gratfully recieved.

If you want to be illegal but non the less prepared, you need to do the following. Before you are given the points apply for a duplicate licence from the DVLA, tell them it has been destroyed. When you get the points from the court send the duplicate licence back to the DVLA and then use the original licence when you go for a job or need to insure your car or hire a car.
Be warned if you are caught your will receive a large fine and points.

Help you? How?
Most of us just pay up if we are caught 8 miles per hour over the limit. It's the law. I paid up my £60 and lost my 3 points without a quibble when I was "radared" at night doing 57mph on an empty motorway, where there happened to be a 50mph restriction because of road works during the day. But I was metaphorically kicking myself. Do I detect that you're complaining because your company told the truth, when asked? What else should they do? You should be kicking yourself, not them.

while you're provided a fastened penalty determination you're probably superb to take this determination, as your licence would be counseled with the minimum style of penalty factors (3) and the superb (at present £60) is probably to be under that imposed by ability of the courtroom. there'll additionally be no courtroom expenses. in case you visit courtroom and are got here upon responsible of between 40-one & 50mph in a 30 they are going to award you 4 - 6 factors plus usually a amazing equivalent on your weekly income (min £one hundred), plus courtroom expenses.

If you want it reduced you can take it to an attorney that does speeding tickets. Most of them do.
You will pay the fine amount + a fee for their trouble. Your ticket will be reduced to a non moving violation and no points off.
OH ya.......Slow Down..... :-) 8 miles over, geez...
If you want to fight it you can ask the court to prove the calibration of the equipment and that it is regularly serviced. Think about it. If it is out of calibration it can't read right.....And yes they are annually or bi-annually NIST calibrated. That is a certification system.

"trigger point for these camers is speed limit + 10% + 3mph" It's true, there is a speed camera in a 50mph zone near me I do 55mph all the time it doesn't trigger, also I do 33mph in 30mph zones - doesn't trigger.

i think you mean average speed traps? they are set at only 3mph above the limit not 10% or 7% like the other single ones. they set them so low because they know people will always push the 10% limit.
