Where do I go to make sure my car seat is safe for my daughter. I have it in but it doesn't pull as tight as possible so I starp her in with the seat belt on the left side and the seat belt on the right side and she doesn't move but how many seat belts are suppose to go starpped down to keep her from moving? I have the graco snuggle, I think, we'll it's the winnie the pooh model

Go to the nearest firestation or I think police station. Either one will show you.

Most police departments will be happy to instruct you on the best method of installing a car seat. Also, they will let you know whether your seat is actually safe or not.

Most dealership's service personnel are trained in how these seats should be anchored...doesn't matter what model seat. And sometimes, local fire departments as well.
Hope this helps, Paul

If you go to any fire station they will make sure it is installed properly and also show you step by step how to install it properly.

Hope that helps!
