Apparently ALL GPS systems installed on cars MUST be registered. Registered with who? Who has access to that database?

I was thinking of buying a used Geo Metro. Great gas mileage but I don't think a seatbelt would give much protection if a car hit me. It's a very small car.

Why do American car companies constantly advertise speed, wrecklessness and 'machoism' when it comes to their cars, when speeding and wreckless driving are against the law?

What is wrong in this scenario?...American car companies advertise speed and wrecklessness...and their business is failing. Japanese car companies advertise gas mileage and safety, and their business is booming. Why don't American car companies understand this?

My boyfriend has a motorcycle and I am terrified everytime he goes riding that something will happen to him. Not because of an error made by him but from another motorist. People just don't pay attention when they drive, they tailgate, slam on the breaks for no reason, and cut him off. Does anyone realize that a motorcyclist doesn't have the protection of a steel cage around them? I would love to confront the people who do this to motorcyclists!!!
