if they put the limit on cars and not people driving them then there might not be so many accidents and also cheaper insurance etc

I have a 94 Ford Taurus that I have to fill up with coolant weekly. The air conditioner and heater do not work. That is, the blower blows air, but it is not cooled or heated regardless where I set the controls. This really doesn't bother me too terribly, but I've heard some stuff about coolant getting into the passenger compartment. How likely is this and should I be worried about a possible health hazard? I generally run the system anyway even though it doesn't work because my car's fan does not like to come on without the cooling system on, so it overheats. Otherwise, I'd just shut it off and leave it off, but the coolant has to run anyway to cool the engine, so I could still have a leak anyway, right? I did notice an odd smell with the system set on "vent." Please help.

The theory is that the sun causes the air inside to overheat and expand, increasing the air pressure inside the car until it is forced to escape through the easiest route; i.e., the windows. Any responses on this would be nice.

Why do car companies claim they care about the safety and well being of the consumer??? My biggest argument as to why they dont' is this.......the highest posted speed limit in America is 75 mph (correct me if I'm wrong).. then why does my car's spedometer go up to 120 mph, my girlfriends is 110 mph, I had a car that went to 140 mph, and they go up and up from there. WHY?

I know drivers of 18 wheelers have to past all kind of test of both skill and knowledge. But I see alot of people (mostly ederly) driving these huge RVs and pulling a car behind. All they have to have are regular auto license. And ALOT don't know how to handle them!

I recently rear ended a vehicle because when I jammed the brakes the ABS kicked in and dragged my car further than I expected. Do you agree that ABS may sometimes make your stopping distace longer?
