If this happened to you give your insurance company a chance to do their job. They will work to get the claim settled for you. If you get a lawyer involved before giving your insurance company a chance to work the claim you will unnecessarily delay the claim handling process. Also attorneys normally get 1/3 of the settlement amount and they have been known to "stall" telling their clients of the settlement offer from the insurance company hoping to get a larger settlement (more money for them).

Yes. Get a lawyer, and (I'm serious about this) sue everyone. Sue Walmart, sue the trucking company, sue the truck driver. The lawyer will most likely suggest the same thing.

Anyone can sue anyone, but Wal-Mart is the biggest dog in the pound. Find the best injury lawyer you can and settle out of court.

Suite is a noun, as in "I stayed in a Marriot Suite" last night, not a verb.

Before suing Wal-Mart, please sue your local High School for not properly educating you.

well yeah, go after them, and get a lawyer if need be, they shouldn't be able to get away with that nor should they not have to pay for the damage.
