Yes, provided it's less heavy (all included) than the Jeep.

You didn't say how much the trailer weighed. I suspect the jeep could pull about 3,500 lbs with a Class II hitch. Like one of the folks said, pulling is not as big a problem as stopping. I had a Wrangler and panic stopping is NOT something you want to do.

I would improve the cooling first. A larger radiator, and a HD thermal fan clutch, Engine oil cooler, and transmission oil cooler if an automatic, Change brake fluid to DOT 4, HD flasher, and fuse the wiring harness if you go in water you will fry the wiring just put in line fuses in the trailer wiring, Dont forget a big cooler for the beer

That would directly depend on the weight of the trailer and where you are going.

If you are commuting accross Iowa, There shouldn't be a problem because of the lack of hills.

If you are climbing the rocky mountains, I'd check your vehicle manual for specific weight limitations.
