Yes.... you can change them by removing the interior door panel and reaching into the door frame and removing the fastener that holds the lock cylinder in place. Also remove the linkage...(be careful you don't lose the small clips) Purchase a pair of lock cylinders from Mazda (they come with keys to fit them)Replace the old cylinders with the new ones. Then you will have door locks that operate by one key....and the ignition will still operate by the old key.
