I would say yes. Waiting for green implies that red isn't the color of choice for going!

Your drivers handbook should be online...google New Jersey dmv, see if you can find it. It will have the specifics on that sign and all others.

The first link has signs in it...I didn't see yours though. The second link is the main link page for the driver handbook. It isn't well organized though...it just lists chapters. You have to browse them individually. The last link in the list is the first one that I provided actually. Drive safe...don't crash!

It means the same as "Go on Green" or " "No Turn on Red". It basically means to proceed only when the green light is lit.

Not unless it is posted as 'No Turn On Red.' Not sure about Jersey, but that's the way it is in Oregon.

Depends on local law. if a right turn on red is permitted under local law then you don't need to wait for green... on the other hand if right on red is not allowed, then "wait for green" means... don't turn on red.

"Wait for green" means just what it says! Until the light turns green, you may NOT move! Pure and simple!

yes it means "no turn on red" it is the same thing
