I have a 2005 VW Jetta and I need new wiper blades desperately. I got some Michelin High Performance wipers a WalMart, but neither me nor my father can figure out how to get them on as the hole in the middle that attaches the blade to the arm is too small. What should I do? Should I try VIP or another parts place, or call up the dealership (dread) and see what they say?

I am planning to book a drivers test and I am trying to find out how many mistakes you can make on either your G1 Road Test or your G2 Road Test. I was told on your G2 Road Test you can make up to 30 mistakes. Not sure how many you can make on yoru G1 Road TEst.

Hey Guys…What service should I get done on my car with 82,000 mile. I haven’t really done much maintenance on the car? I was think Timing Belt, Fuel Filter, Air Filter, Cooling Flush, Cooling System Tube replaced and rotate tire and alignment (run alittle to the right). Does that sound about right? Or is there anything else I need to get services?

While it appears that during heavy traffic most traffic lights run accordingly to programmed intervals, At night, I've noticed signals tend to be triggered by my car's approach. Some lights will not turn, however. I've sat in a left turn lane at a particular intersection and watched the lights cycle through 3 or 4 cycle repetitions without ever giving me a left turn signal and with no other cars at the intersection. If I back up slightly and pull forward, the left turn light will then change. How do these traffic light sensors register my car's approach?

why outlaw cell phone usage in cars when??
Why would they outlaw cellphone usage in auto driving while it is perfectly ok to put on lipstick, while smoking a cig, while fixing mascara, while reading the paper,while drinking coffee, while eating your egg mcmuffin, while suposedly keeping your attention focused on the tast of conveying your auto down the highway at 65 - 75 miles and hour?
.. insendign this retorical ?? i got replys condeming me as one who condoned this stuff ... lets please think before we leap myself included. and i did think before sending this out...thats why i removed the prime examples i had from earlier posting to not offend any responders of previous.. many were well thought out but some..... wellll ill leave it to your imaginations to figure it out ... look foreward to reading replies to his one... but then again if peopel were thinkers they wouldnt be doign this stuff anyhow now would they thus removeing my?? from being here.

I vote for shooting oil slicks at them when you finally pass them and cut em off to show your dissapproval. WHAT? You do it too. Don't lie. Let em hit the oil slicks just like in the cartoons and watch their car do donuts until it goes off into the ditch.
