I vote for shooting oil slicks at them when you finally pass them and cut em off to show your dissapproval. WHAT? You do it too. Don't lie. Let em hit the oil slicks just like in the cartoons and watch their car do donuts until it goes off into the ditch.

get under em,get em loose, send em in the wall. and suspend there license forever. cut off there nose to spite there face put them in jail for a year. blow there car up and make them pay3 times its worth. kick them in there teeth. amungst other things.

If u really want to do something about them, simply call the police and let them know about the slow driver. There's nothing else you can legally do about it. I however will pass them and then give them the bird (I call it my one finger salute to azzholes).
