You'll get a ticket, and hopefully lose your license until you're old enough and mature enough to follow directions.
If you're old enough to get a license, and you're supposed to be mature, then maybe it's time for your to actually grow up and start acting that way.

Your lisence might get a temporary detention for 90 days, depending on what other traffic violations were included. I know in Driver's Ed class, all states vary these types of consequences.

What state do you live in. I have never heard a law like that. There a similar law where I live to what you stated, but our law states that you must have enough seatbelts in the vehicle to restrain each passagener untill you are 18.

you problay have to have someone who is over 21 driver with you for a while. dont be stupid just follow the rules
