air bags are only designed to deploy when U are going over a certain speed, and the deceleration is enough to warrant them being deployed.
if all that happened and they still didn't deploy then there is a fault in the system and it should be check out by the manufactures.
i think U can only sue the company if U received an injury, as a result of the airbag malfunctioning

Nothing. It simply means that the accident was not violent enough to deploy the airbag.

You didn't specify the make and year of car, if its an older model it may not be equipped with airbags. If its newer but you bought it used, they may have been removed by the previous owner.

thank god you dont have to replace those with all of the other damage... though, if you bought the car used, you might want to make sure that the airbags even work

if your airbag does not deploy, chances are you weren't going fast enough for it to kick in.....
