Me and the car in front of me make the same lane change. However, as soon as the driver in front of me changes lanes, they realize the car in front of them is stopped. They slam on their brakes and hits the car in front of them lightly, causing no damage. I then rear end the car that hit the first guy. Am I at fault for following too closely? Would the police take into consideration the more sudden stop a collision creates? Perhaps that 3 or 4 inches further they would have traveled by just hitting the brakes and not hitting something would have meant I didn't hit them at all.

I DRIVE ALOT FOR MY WORK, I NOTICED THAT THERE ARE ALOT OF CROSSES ON COUNTRY ROADS WHERE PEOPLE HAVE DIED IN VEHICLE ACCIDENTS, WHEN THE CORN IS GROWN HIGH, MOSTLY NO STOP SIGNS ON CO.ROAD INTERSECTIONS, YOU CAN NOT SEE ON COMMING CARS. IF FARMERS DID NOT GROW THE CORN ON THE CORNER OF A INTERSECTION IT COULD SAVE 1000'S OF LIVES. MY HUSBAND DOESNT EVEN YEILD AT THOSE INTERSECTIONS.

you guessed it, i need some advice. i failed my first test miserably.
i'm talking my test in a small, close quartered town with short blocks with lots of intersections and big lanes, so it's hard to tell weather or not you need a lane change or not. i also need some tips on parking, it's a little less than another month away, so i need some tips that i can try and practice with.

I had road rage earlier because these old people were driving very slow...This is not the only time it happend, every slow driver i meet is old. Also when they are at the cashier, they spend like an hour counting their money. They should be retired and rich.

I was driving down the A40 yesterday night, when it was dark, and I came up to some traffic lights, where I saw the right filter on, but I onl saw this at the last minute. I breaked sharply as I was hoping to go strate ahead. My car stopped with the white line behind my car. I then reversed and waited for the lights to go green. I however did see a camera a few metres from the lights, but it did not flash.

Will it have worked if it didnt flash? Or was I lucky and have i got away with it?

Thanks in advance.

I'm new to driving. and I was just wondering you a cop pull you over for going a few miles over the speed limit? Like if it was 45 and you were going 48. I always go the speed limit but would a cop really pull you over for that? When I get on the highway, the speed limit is 55 and there are soo many people that go up to 63-65. I don't see how they get away with this!!?? It's so unsafe to be going 65...

my teenage son just got his driver license from DMV yesterday and today he badly crashed the car. I sent him to driver's school, gave him several sessions of practice while i was seated with him, etc etc. He passed the DMV test too. And i was confident he knew how to drive, and so i got him a brand new car.

but while changing lane, he missed a blindspot and landed the new car onto the side of a pickup truck that was going parelell to him.

he get reckless driving ticket from police.

if this was to happen, then what was all the driver education and lessons about?

was that a joke?

if he doesn't know how to change lanes, then how DMV gave him license. i feel this is total fault of DMV.

And DMV needs to be held accountable for giving license to almost anyone.

you feel that way too?
