about people who wear spedos and one of those little rear-view mirror things on their glasses and ride their bicycles in the same lanes that motor vehicle traffic travels while traveling at a rate of 20mph less than traffic? I am not asking if it is legal.

You are right. They are stupid or borderline retarded, or something. And I tend to think that they must have a death wish, as well. I think part of it is they are vighing for attention;Have you ever noticed how neurotic and painfully ugly those types usually appear? They also seem to me as though they do it on purpose so people will yell at them, so that they might bask in the moment be offered the rarity of conversation with another human. To me, they seem oh, so lonely.

unless there is a bike lane and are not on a highway it is legal. as for what I think, I think they are taking their lives into their own hands, I see a lot of cars not move over when passing them... I try to move over and slow down when passing a bike, As for their dress, Michigan don't have warm weather most of the time so people don't dress like that.
