which way do you turn your wheels when going UP a hill and there IS a curb? what about NO curb? downhill?

up hill with curb-turn wheel away from the curb. no curb and uphill-same as with curb. downhill-turn wheel into curb.

If you have a curb, turn the wheels away from the curb so if the car goes back, the front wheels will hit the curb right away.
If you don't have a curb, turn the wheels away from the street, so if it slips the car will back off the road instead of into it.
