That is true, not only is alchol involved but on Friday, people have gotten up early, worked all day and now they are out drinking...sleepy! On Saturday, they have done chores all day before going out drinking...again...sleepy! You also have people that are not only doing the drinks...they are doing the drugs as well. Booze, drugs, a little sleep and you have the ingredients for a bad weekend.

Probably true. There are more drunk drivers on the road between those hours than any other time of the week. People drinking their paychecks is the underlying cause.
