I park my car on my driveway and it is sunny and sometimes gets up to 90 degrees outside. Is it okay to leave these on the windshield as far as heat and sun goes? I am not worried about anyone stealing them.

Looking to spend about $50,000 on a cab w/ sleeper, I've been driving for 7 years but know want to become a O/O.
Im going to see if i can check out a few companies i can contract w/ before i make the purchase to haul trash to landfills.
(If you know any companies i should check out in MD. & Va. area it would be very helpful).
I need to know what specs i should look for in a tractor that would be helpfull in the trash hauling industry. For ex. what should look for as far as ratio, axle weight ect. I dont even know what that stuff means. (Please explain)
Any tips that could help me in that industry would be great.

My friend has a 96' Integra LS. He's put stuff in the engine, and i think it's pushing at most 240 hp. I'm about to buy a '98 Trans Am, that's only mod is a cutout exhaust. Anyways, my friend always talks about how fast his car is, and how he'd beat anyone. Would my car, assuming we have the same driving skills, beat his? Also, is it true that GM seriously underrated the power of the Trans Am LS1?

Im 27 and so not that old, but when i started driving we all drove £500 pieces of c**p. Now all 17-22 year olds seem to only want to drive brand new cars. Are people in their late teens/early 20's becoming more materialistic?

I was looking at a 2002 Nissan Altima.I fell in love with this car. But I realized it may not be the best choice considering I may be driving this much. Basically I'm looking for something within the price range of 5,000-7,000 that is not a Honda civic and is fairly modern (Ex/ 2000 Jetta, 2001 Honda Civic, 2002 Nissan)

This might sound really horrible, I know, but there's a reason for it. I'm 16 and I'll be getting my license in October, and my family has three cars, a volkswagen, a saab, and a smelly, old, 1995 Volvo 850 GLT. My sister has been driving the heck out of it (she's 18 and in college now, so she doesn't need it anymore) So, the volvo is my car when I get my license. My dad is looking into getting a new car around March of 2008. My plan, however, is to accelerate that process by KILLING MY VOLVO. You see, if I can kill my volvo, then my dad will buy a new car quicker and in time for my license test. Any help will be greatly appreciated. And the solution can't be to drastic. Something like ruining the transmission, or screwing up the ECU. Thanks in advance.

I would commit the insane act of getting a CREDIT CARD to have a new car that didn't suck!

Seriously, why do all cars nowadays have to be so damn big, fast and luxurious?

Even the Yaris has too many "options" for my likes.
