how can i get rid of the stains they are every where

Its very unbelievable that they use shampoo that causes stains. I prefer to wash and maintain it myself. Anyway, try washing it yourself again and use a soft sponge to scrub on the area.
If it doesn't work, try detailing it. It will clear off these stains.

Take it back to the car wash. I find it hard to believe that soap would cause stains.

I would complain to the car wash company and make them replace your vehicle or have then pay for you to get your vehicle repainted...!! Because there really isn't a way you can get it out unless you use lots of "Turtle Wax" for cars! Or maybe even a buffer would work!
