I park my car on my driveway and it is sunny and sometimes gets up to 90 degrees outside. Is it okay to leave these on the windshield as far as heat and sun goes? I am not worried about anyone stealing them.

It shouldn't be a problem. I usually try to keep mine out of the sun however. Bedsides that, if someone sees them, they are more likely to be stolen. I know you said that you weren't worried about it, but you just never know about people.

Generally, they're designed to withstand extreme temperatures, but if you're worried, put a piece of paper over them so that the sun doesn't directly shine on them.

I would not leave it on direct sun light, the plastic material will be damaged over time. Hope that helps good luck.
