You're going to need a Dodge Ram or something bigger than Ford F-300 for that kind of load, or anything with dual wheels should do. Check the tonnage chart for the particular truck you have in mind.

Check with the specifications for the different trucks that you are looking for. A Ford F-450 should be more than able to haul the load. The power stroke diesel engine pulls like a mule. Again without going over the towing specs, I know a 450 would do it. You may be able to get away with a F-350. Go to Ford's web site and look at the trucks. They list available towing capacities. good luck.

Hi there..........my family is divided between ford and chevy......so it could go either way as far as I am concerned : ) My stepdad has always had fords and now he has one that the wheels stand as tall as my shoulders and I need a stepstool to get in the damn thing......it practically purrs when its starting and of course its a diesel so it stinks to high heaven and they tow a big ol RV, boat and travel the whole US from mexico to the North Frickin Pole and back...ohhh of course they go from west coast literally to the east coast of vermont too so it is hard to tell....Lol 1&2 what did u get?
