How can I ruin a tire in the most unsuspicious and inconspicuous way, without having much of a chance of repair? Would putting a nail under it, or hammering one in there myself work? I saw these younger teens vandalizing my car and it ended up costing me a lot of money. The police couldn't help me out for some BS reason, so I found their car and I need to get them back.

I co-signed a car loan for a friend of mine, he went to get the registration and all that but he couldnt register it unless I am on the insurance, and the registration. The dealer is threatening to take the car back from him if he doesnt come to the dealer proving that I am on all the necessary documents. Registration, and insurance. I am not driving this car at all and we also live in two seperate cities, and only did this to help him establish some sort of credit rating again, but this has ended up being a huge pain in the ***. One Idea I had was to write a bill of sale up saying that I have sold him the car and he is now the owner of the car, not me. I live in Calgary Alberta, in case insurance rules differ from province to province.

When did the automobile become something that every family had? What kind? Was it a car or a truck that got popular first?
Oh, and what about a bus?

Is that true that fuel burns off faster the closer it is to E? I have heard that. I just got my first car so I am wondering if I should fill up everytime it gets to only half-way full, and try to always keep my gas tank towards full. I'll do that if it ends up saving me money. So I would actually lose money by keeping it closer to E, rather than constantly trying to keep it at a close to and/or full level? So is this true? Thank you

BMW makes a straight 6 for the 3-series, so if there was a performance advantage to the "V" I'm sure they, of all companies, would use it.

I once read that a V provides more torque.

Had a car crash today, someone pulled out on me and i couldn't avoid him, my daughter was in the car with me. Two other cars crashed behind me and no one was seriously hurt, just whiplash. We stood waiting for the recovery truck and when we saw it we moved back to let it pull in. At that moment a car travelling other way too fast crashed into the banking where we'd moved from a split second before. Would you say unlucky for crashing or lucky for living?

I have always been curious, why do some people drive certain cars? Mainly, the people that aren't interested in cars.....
I drive and customise a 2001 Silverado because I think they are awesome trucks. I daily drive a 1999 Chevy Prizm because it was given to me, and it's pretty good on gas mileage, about 36 mpg, which is great since I have a 50 mile one way commute.
Why did you buy the car you have?

1. The car is registered in Minnesota and did not require state inspections.
2. The car now resides in North Carolina and will NOT pass state inspections as is.
3. The car runs but has transmision noises along with some ignition items that could use repair.
4. It is not on a lean and we have the title.
5. I'd like to even make some money off it still if possible.
6. (optional info if you know it)- Does the car need to be re-registred in NC before I can sell/get rid of it/donate it?
