Drive slow enough that you do not hit anything but fast enough that nobody hits you.

Fog lights and driving lights are two different thing! xenon lights only look good if you're driving in the normal driving condition such as a cool night without rain or mists. Fog lights are designed so when you're driving in a severe weather condition it would helps you to focus on a broader parameter which is 20-25ft ahead of you but its useless for driving. Driving in fog required some focusing, I would concentrated on a lane divider and try to focus on my left front hood by not closing the gap between my left hood and a lane divider! hope this make sense.

evaluate the conditions. if it is blinding pull off as far as you can and stay away of other traffic if you think you have pulled over far enough pull over more. Know your terrian get out and walk further over with out falling off a cliff or something. If it is drivable slow down never drive past you head lights in other words look out if your lights reach 30 feet drive fast enough to not to over take your margin or cushion. Never use bright lights it glares back stay alert and good luck. When i was a kid we would get fog so bad that we would have to hold the door open and follow the white line. yea i know DUMB not now though ive seen to many deaths and massive pile ups because of drivers tha just have to get to there distanation.

You need to drive at a low speed, and need to install anti-fog lights becouse xenon are not so helpfull on fog.

It will make no difference. The best solution is yellow fog lights. Stay away from anything that produces blue or white light, which are more easily reflected by water droplets.
