My ex he totally is mad at me because I broke it off. So now he keeps egging my nice dream truck.. First off i'm only 14, but I have a car in my driveway that's in my name and stuff. But I can't put it in the garage because we already have 3 cars in the garage. But I can't always afford to change the paint, like get a new coat of paint ever time he eggs my car. He eggs my truck at least 2-3 times a week. I don't know exactaly how to handle it. My new boyfriend suggested that we egg his truck but, I don't know. He's rich and ever time that I egg his car all he has to do is ask his dad to get the paint fixed on his car. What should I do about all the egging?

I have a stick shift transmission and I always park it by taking it out of gearing and pulling the emergency break. However, lately my emergency break seems to be losing its holding power and the car starts to slowly roll even with the break up. Since it will be at least a couple of weeks before I can take it to the shop, I was wondering if there was another way to put it in park without it rolling? Thanks!

My Son had an RTA recently in his car. He is an apprentice technician at a bus depot and the bosses want him to take a course to gain his PSV licence. He has told them about the RTA and his worries about his car licence. In the UK, doe the loss of his car licence stop him from holding a PSV?

Does the mechanic or the owner pass the car? I'm confused! Do you as the owner pass the car or do you bring it to a bodyshop and they fix whatever it needs and they pass the car?

Gave one off of a 351 ford and going to put it on my 350. Where can I see the drawings on what vacuum lines and such plug up where? Right now I am running a q-jet. Did a search for carter afb and just got links to people slling them and parts. There should be some where to go look at drawings. I have done this for the q-jet and weber carbs. Anyone have a link?

I've had this car for a little over two years, and never replaced the battery or alternator or any other part. For a while now, it will sometimes struggle to turn over, for a couple minutes, but will always turn over. I was told that this was my battery, but I unfortunately just transferred university and don't know any honest mechanics in the area. I live in New York State, where it obviously gets very cold. On top of the car sometimes taking a while to turn over, just a couple days ago, after letting it sit and warm up for about 5 minutes, when I went to reverse out, the car just STOPPED running, although the panel lights and radio remained on. I started it again, and after going a few feet, it stopped again. The third time, it didn't shut off and made it all the way to work and has not done it since. Anyone have an idea to the problem, and if I can drive it for another couple days until I get paid to have it tested and/or fixed?

Why can't they make a compound of chewing gum and tarmac to put on the roads .reason is, think how long it takes for the chewing gum to wear away on the pavements and roads.they would save a fortune on re-surfacing.

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia:

"Funny Car is an NHRA drag racing car class. The other "professional" classes are Top Fuel, Pro Stock, and Pro Stock Motorcycle. Funny cars have forward-mounted engines and carbon fiber automotive bodies over the chassis, giving them an appearance similar to Detroit manufacturers' showroom models."

This does nothing to explain the name "FUNNY CARS"
