I would use a hose and a scrub brush. I think they're too stiff to put in a washer, even a big one. I would scrub by hand. I like the heavy duty rubber car mats, they work best for me, with the weather we have here.

the cheapest place would be a breakers yard try a big one like sipsons at york you can do it online and they send them to you
