ok, my question is i live in the state of texas and does the public have access to somebody's driver's license information, can they get it, or is it secure?? would somebody be able to go on the internet and see our pic and all our info on our driver's license or is that illegal?? PLEASE LET ME KNOW, I THINK THAT WOULD BE ILLEGAL, THAT SUPPOSED TO BE PRIVATE INFO RIGHT AFTER ALL IT DOES HAVE OUR FIRST AND LAST NAME ON IT YA KNOW?? PLEASE LET ME KNOW...

Employers can run driving record checks on your license along with the insurance companies. I don't believe the general public has access, but these days, who knows!

Actually, you couldn't be further from the truth. Your driver's license info is public record and therefore the public can gain access to your information for a very small fee in most cases. Sorry to be the one to tell ya

the internet has all kind of crazy stalker sites that lets ppl get all kind of information but it has a price...it is not free at all....
