What is the best thing to remove paint off with on a car that can come out through a squirt bottle?

I want to know how to start taking the green paint off of my car before I take it somewhere. Any suggestions? It can be something cheap.

I really just want to mess up some one's car easy.

I don't fully understand---- if your looking to remove the paint on all the car, or that someone sprayed on it. If your looking to remove the original paint--don't do it, it will just make things worse. If your looking to remove graffiti--- wash with a wax remover, use many application of a cleaner/polish about $6 a bottle and cheese cloth. then re-wax. Anything that will remove the paint quickly will also damage the paint on the car.
What you want to damage someones paint job !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!, that's a crime and i won't give advise on how to commit a felony vandalism that can easily cost you $3500.00 and 3-5 years in jail

Go to a store that sells automotive paints and finishes and select the appropriate remover. There are a number of them available.

if someone put it on your cars original color as a prank,try rubbing compound or very mild laquer thinner on a rag.dont soak the rag.
