I use to have a 1990 Mitsubishi Eclipse,it was very fast but at 80,00 miles the timing belt slipped and the motor blew up.That is because mitsubishi motors are interference and not standard like other models. So if anything happens to the timing belt the motor continues to run but at the wrong time and everything just blows. My advice to you is avoid mitsubishi, the integra is a nice car and very fast as well so that is the car I would get if I were you.Good luck with car shopping and don't let the car sales people rip you off!

Well it really depends on the year. The eclipse could go the fastest with all posible upgrades in every car since it has alot bigger engine, and there is no replacement for displacement and I own a civic.

Go for the Civic as your first car , you will be able to get parts allot easier and cheaper than the other ones

the civic is probably the best because it is so common. But all are good cars.
