I've painted a motorcycle frame with spray cans and it looks fine. I put one coat of paint on about two weeks ago. My question is, how many coats should I apply and how long should I wait for the paint to cure before putting the cycle back together?

Hi guys, im soon thinking about upgrading to a bigger bike, my dad's friend is selling a Suzuki Bandit 600, the unfaired version with the round headlight at the front.

It seems it has been well looked after with new tyres, new disks and calipers also new pads.

It has been sitting in storage for a few months and seems to have a lack of pwoer starting up, battery is a little dead.

He will let me have ti for 900 pound, it is also in a nice sporty red.

What are you opinions?

Ive just come off a Faired bike so am lokoing for something cheap, cheerful, good condition and reliable. While staying a little sporty ;)

Any comments will be appreciated.

I've just ordered a new bike. Trouble is, I like to ride all year and no matter how hard you try to keep them clean, the front and bottom of the engines always suffer with pitting and rusting. I would like to coat these vulnerable areas with something and leave it for the winter, then clean it all off in the spring. Any suggestions on the best stuff to use?

We can't seemed to find a potential buyer for his 2-yr old motorbike. The bike shop returned it to him as they were unable to find a buyer. How can we get rid of the bike so that we do not have to pay the monthly installments?

Just changed the head bearings, it improved but still have it. Shows up when you release or lighten up on the grip to the handlebar. Seems to happen with the throttle open or not.

O.K. so tax return is coming in and I want a sport bike. I have never owned or driven a motorcycle before so I need something beginner worthy but when I learn I don't want to go and have to buy another one. I would like one that is a sturdy bike that is around the $5,000 range. A couple of my buddies have Suzuki GSXR's and they say the are good but I want some diffrent opinons. P.S. if anyone around the St. Louis MO area has one that matches my wants let me know.
