One night at a party here at my home, the left over drunken hooligans were talking about chicks who ride bikes and don't know what the heck they are doing. I thought, hey, why don't I become a hot chick on a bike? I mentioned to my biker dad the challenge I'm willing to take on and the life I'm willing to risk. He approached me to remember how tall I am. I'm five foot three. He told me that I need to start with a Harley Davidson of course. I would be dead sexy on a Harley, but I'm looking more of the lines of a crotch rocket. I'm short, light, and want to be as cool as the boys. So, does anyone know if there is such a thing as a crotch rocket for the vertically challenged?

I am 5'2" in shoes, and have problems reaching the ground on "average" sized motorcycles. I have been looking for a Honda Rebel on ebay, craigslist, newspapers, forums, and they are not easy to come by, and when they are available, they are out of my price range. Are there any other small, affordable cycles out there? I know that a lot of Motorcycle Safety courses use these bikes... who owns them? Do they ever sell them? Thanks!

On some kawasaki's and yamaha's (kx an yz 80's) there is only one radiator, because of this they only put the radiotor cover on one side so it looks kinda funny.
Is there any way that I can get an extra cover and maybe another radiator for the other side.

Q1. My fuel gauge fluctuates and the lights dim if another item is used....eg
brake light on means others dim slightly.
Bad earth I guess, but what is the best way to solve this?

Q2. My gearbox slips in 2nd and 5th....quite common.
I've been given a fully recon box out of a 1200.
How easy is it to fit as apparently it goes "straight in".....

After all i think they are,Who would want to sit on a oil spitting air compressor and every time you give it gas it smells like the back of a McDonalds restaraunt burning fries. And just how many ear pluggs do you need for them hacked up tin cans? Mabey thats why i See them broke down on the road all the time. Waiting on a new oil delivery, which i guess is why the roads are always slick.....

ok so i recently bought a honda scoopy 2004, from a reputable motorbike shop, it's virtually new, only done 3000km.

anyway, so im riding it along... and all of a sudden, when i get up to about 50 or so... this horrid loud screeching sound happens... and so i stop the scooter, and every time i start it, the sound happens.. luckily i stopped outside the house of a guy who rode a motorcycle.. so he came and had a look at it, and said it could have been the gearbox, because it was coming from that area.. so.. he kicks the kickstart a couple of times, realising thats where it came from.. i turned it on, and the sound stopped... but whenever i rev up.. the sound happens again.... ..

any ideas???

It's tries to start just doesn't want to crank up,, when you take the oil cap off you can see it spining in there... any suggestions will help? battery is good btw.

I'm having one heck of a time finding a rear race stand for this bike THAT CLEARS THE REAR FENDER ! So far I own three, including the one Kawasaki sells for this bike..The problem ? The rear fender appears to be longer on the U.S. model, resulting in pinched fingers at the least and total incompatability at worst.. My dealer tells me he CAN NOT order parts for a Canadian model (shorter rear fender ) for my U.S, model, who knows why.. Emissions / M.V. codes, etc. I assume.. But a rear fender ? Give me a break !! So if he can't (won't), I can and will !! I live in Northeast N.Y.. The address / website of a nearby Canadian Kawasaki dealer who can / will supply the shorter unit would be a BIG help.. Thanks in advance..
