Only in your dreams. The only protection your age gives is a trip to 'juvie' custody and a wipe of your juvenile criminal record at adulthood. The dirt bike will be impounded until after your trial.
Impound charges are high and if your parents hold title then they might have to sell it to cover those expenses and the attorney.

Only if you have a legal motorcycle license, insurance and a license plate with registration. You need all these things before it can be operated on any highway. Don't get caught operating it on private posted property either. State lands do not allow bikes or four wheelers because of permanent rut damage to walkways and foot trails causing uncontrolled water damage each time it rains. Most states do however allow snowmobiles with plates and insurance. The long wide track does not chew up the ice / snow covered soil.
