How do I change the rear brakes on a 86 Honda Rebel, it has a rear drum and I wonder if it is possible to change the brake shoes without removing the wheel.

If I have to remove the wheel, how do you do that, I mean, how do you lift the rear end of the bike?

I want safety first, design second. I don't care about fancy graphics or patterns. I want a quiet, well ventilated helmet that doesn't cost $450. Arai? HJC? Shoei? What about Bell?

If you have only one exhaust pipe on your motorcycle, you only need one louder muffler to replace the original one. But if you have more than one exhaust pipe, which one you want to put your louder muffler on? Will this cause an imbalance of your fuel system because louder muffler is less restrictive and will create more vacuum and will demand more fuel in that part of the cylinders? I don't have a motorcycle and I don't know much about it. If you can give me the best answer that makes sense to me I will pay you $10. That's a promise.

I bought this bike last year but due to the birth of my child, I have to sell it (reluctantly). 2005, Black/Silver, Datatool £300 alarm, 3000mls, all paperwork, bought for £7200.

Please be serious, no stupid remarks like "I'll buy it of ya for a fiver" All sensible answers will be much appreciated.
Thanks

P.s If YOU are interested in purchasing this off me, I'm based in London and will accept the highest offer.

i'm riding kawasaki zx6e/zzr600e with 4-2 header. thot of getting a Yoshimura or Akrapovic bolt-on exhaust for my bike. as these 2 do not feature any model for my bike...

1)does Yoshi RS-3 or Akra bolt-on line (both street legal) have bolt-on endcans for my left & right use? it seems that mostly feature on their website are for right use single exhaust.

2)or is there any other model that have left & right endcans to fit on a 600cc bike?

of course i need to do some modification to my midpipe to secure the bolt-ons & that have been taken care of but
3)can my bike operate better with exhaust that's not meant for it?

tired of the same jardine or viper slip-ons or any other single full system like muzzy.

Thank you all.

The back of my head is flat, therefore, I have difficulties fitting into conventional oval-shaped-opening helmets. I currently own 3 XXL helmets (arai, shoei & afx). I have severe pain in the back of my head after 30-45 minutes of riding. Any suggestions will be appreciated! Thanx!

On these so call "pour and go" batteries have any of you seen any difference in putting a charge on them or just putting in the acid and going. I bought one yesterday and Advance and the guy said it was ok to just run them. I m sure a full charge would be "best" but it looks like the alternator would do just as good. The battery had 12.88 volts as soon as the acid went in. Just wondering. THANKS!
